Personalized Strength Training Programming - Includes at least 1 personal training session per month and workouts can be completed either at Alliance Physical Culture Gym or offsite. Sign Up
1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions* - PREREQUISITE* is learning main lifts, assistance lifts and programming at Alliance Physical Culture Gym for 10 sessions prior to one-off sessions (Does not apply to past clients). Members who sign up for this option receive personal attention and specialized focus from one of our expert trainers who will keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals. Sign Up
Monthly Group Classes* - PREREQUISITE* is learning main lifts, assistance lifts and programming at Alliance Physical Culture Gym for 5 sessions prior to access to classes. These small group classes have quickly become the most popular option amongst our members. This option still includes personalized programming and classes are capped at 10 people so members can hit their goals with the support of a social setting. Members get all the benefits of personal training sessions at a fraction of the cost!
